The inner core primarily transmits video signals and supplies power to the camera head, while the inner skin and inner core form a loop. The outer layer serves as both a shielding layer and a ground layer.

Triaxial cables are available in various thickness specifications, covering both 50-ohm and 75-ohm models. Thicker diameters exhibit lower transmission loss, enabling longer-distance signal transmission. Compared to multi-core cables, triaxial cables feature a simpler structure and higher reliability.
